SK(DIN69871、JT、DAT)GER Collet Chuck

SK GER Tool holder series has less protrusion length and more contact area than normal ER tool holder, so can provide higher radial cutting force, and greatly increase the clamping power. SK GER chuck has more stable characteristics can be gotten in high speed cutting process, improved service life. The SK GER tool holders are more suitable for higher speed and higher precision cutting.

DIN 69871 type is divided into two types, namely DIN 69871 A/AD type and DIN 69871 B type, the former is center coolant, the latter is flange coolant, other dimensions are the same.

2. Hardness: 56-60HRC;

3 Taper precision ≤AT3 and part of the standard size are tested by Diebold standard inspection tools which made in Germany;

4 Run out of the inside shank cone: ≤0.002mm；Coaxiality with collet : ≤ 0.005mm；

5 Dynamic balance： G2.5 250000rpm;

6. Suitable for boring, milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, carving processing.
