HSK63A/100A Power Milling Straight Collet Chuck, using 20CrMnTi material ,the hardness is 56-60HRC. The chuck has made -196°C super long cryogenic treatment and thermal aging processing. Default standard balancing G6.3 8000 rpm, precision dynamic balancing G6.3 12000rpm. Inner hole of the shank divide into 6 troughs to prevent the tooling remove, increase the clamping force; Ball bearing cage is made of special material, improve the endurance, enhance the clamping force. Straight shank collet clamping tool for various sizes of cylindrical shank. Clamping force strong and centering accuracy high, suit to heavy cutting.
