HSK toolholder has become an important part of machining manufacturing technology in high speed cutting. The machining performance of traditional BT tool system has been difficult to meet the requirements of high speed cutting. At present, HSK (German Hohl Shaft Kegel abbreviation) tool system is widely used in high speed cutting, KM tool system in the United States, NC5, Big-Plus tool system in Japan, etc., all of which belong to the two-side binding tool handle.
HSK GER Tool holder series has less protrusion length and more contact area than normal ER tool holder, so can provide higher radial cutting force, and greatly increase the clamping power. HSK GER chuck has more stable characteristics can be gotten in high speed cutting process, improved service life. The HSK GER tool holders are more suitable for higher speed and higher precision cutting.
Features:
1. Material: 20CrMnTi or JIS-SCM415
2. Hardness: 56-60HRC;
3 Taper precision ≤AT3 and part of the standard size are tested by Diebold standard inspection tools which made in Germany;
4 Run out of the inside shank cone: ≤0.002mm;Coaxiality with collet : ≤ 0.005mm;
5 Dynamic balance: G2.5 30000rpm;
6. Suitable for boring, milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, carving processing.
