2. Hardness: 56-60HRC;
3. Carburizing depth: >0.8;
4. Roughness: Ra<0.4u;
5. Using M type nut to prevent interference.
6. Taper precision ≤AT3 and part of the standard size are tested by Diebold standard inspection tools which made in Germany;
7.Run out of the inside shank cone: ≤0.002mm;Coaxiality with collet : ≤ 0.005mm;
8. Dynamic balance can do: G6.3 12000RPM , G2.5 20000~30000rpm;
9. Suitable for boring, milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, carving processing.
